Every technician is trained in rope-access safety before they're allowed on a client's balcony or terrace. We use marine-grade UV-stabilised HDPE netting rated for Indian sun and monsoon conditions, and we anchor into structural concrete rather than just the railing or grill — the difference between a net that holds and one that doesn't.
